PREM MARG Charitable Trust is the social service and development wing of the Archdiocese of Shamshabad. Our name means “Path of Love”—a commitment to walk alongside people facing poverty, vulnerability and social exclusion.
Inspired by Christian teachings of love, compassion and selfless service, we uphold the dignity of every person and serve communities of every faith and background.

We work towards a society founded on justice, peace, dignity, gender equity and compassionate service.
Our work brings together education, healthcare, livelihood promotion, disability inclusion and humanitarian assistance. Through awareness, community empowerment, advocacy and collaboration, we seek to create opportunities for marginalized and vulnerable people.

The Church’s mission combines pastoral care with social action and community empowerment. PREM MARG carries forward this social and developmental commitment through compassionate service and inclusive development.
The social service organisation of the Eparchy of Shamshabad was inaugurated on 7 January 2018 by Justice Kurian Joseph, in the presence of Church leaders, through the release of its emblem. The Bandhu initiative began alongside this inauguration, supporting elderly people, the sick and persons with disabilities.
Our journey has included humanitarian relief, women’s vocational training, children’s learning support, community health and assistance for vulnerable families. Today, Apna Pathashala operates 10 centres and supports 320 students annually, while 15 Prem Jyothi Mahila Sanghs strengthen women’s collective participation.
