Compassionate care, prevention, treatment support and community health

SNEHAHASTHAM

SNEHAHASTHAM supports economically disadvantaged cancer and dialysis patients in Hyderabad’s slums and surrounding areas. It provides treatment and medical assistance, nutritional support through ration kits and food aid, and emotional counselling for patients and caregivers. The program also promotes awareness, preventive healthcare, medical camps, health screenings, rehabilitation and livelihood support for survivors and affected families.

Karunyanidhi

Karunyanidhi provides medical assistance and compassionate support to vulnerable people, especially cancer patients and individuals with critical illnesses. Support may include treatment, medicines, diagnostic tests, hospitalisation expenses, palliative care and referral services. The initiative also promotes preventive healthcare, early detection, nutrition, emotional well-being and collaboration with hospitals, healthcare professionals, volunteers and well-wishers.

Community health initiatives

PREM MARG has organised health camps in villages, slums and community centres, including screening for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and other health conditions. Home visits by medical professionals and health workers support patients with assessment, advice and referrals.

Inclusive health

In collaboration with LV Prasad Eye Institute and with support from CBM India Trust, PREM MARG conducted inclusive eye screening camps in Hyderabad that benefited around 350 transgender individuals. Support included spectacles, free eye surgeries for people in need and dry ration kits.
